171 – Commercial Characters

Advertising utilizes many different tricks to try and gain as much interest as possible for their products.  Making up funny and memorable characters is one of those tried and true methods, and that is the topic of discussion for today’s episode!  The panel takes a look at some of their favorite original characters that originated in TV commercials.  Ranging from the recent fun and funny, to nostalgic, to the just plain odd, listeners might be surprised to learn just how popular some of these commercials creations became.
